Our team on board consists of an experienced crew which is with us many years.

There is also a cook present on every boat and he prepares meals for our customers.

 

Let's not forget the sales-managers, whose main role is to represent the company in front of our potential clients.

To remind you, this is our offer:

The boat-trip starts in Medulin harbour. After boarding, you will receive a welcome drink. The trip begins with a panoramic view of Medulin's archipelago. After circa 50 minutes ride the boat arrives to the southern most point of Istria - park of Nature Kamenjak, where cliffs and underwater caves can be found. It’s possible to swim with our guide inside the cave (30 minutes). The ride continues around “Porer”, the former austro-hungarian lighthouse, built in 1846. Afterwards we make a stop for a meal which is served on the boat : you can choose fish, meat or vegetarian. Drinks during the meal are included in the price. Last but not least, we cruise towards the private island « Ceja » on which you will have a two or three hours stop for sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling and where you can find a local restaurant-bar.  Our boat trip will slowly end, by heading back to Medulin.

Your tasks are:

• promote the excursion

• negotiation (in different languages)

• selling our boat-trip (taking care about customers' requirements)

• representing the company

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our company is looking for serious and motivated co-workers (trainees or workers) for the summer season, who are willing to come to one of the top holiday-destinations in Croatia.

 

To work with us, you won’t need any previous knowledge in sales-management (but a previous experience can be a great advantage).

 

REQUIREMENTS:

​

• willing to learn

• age between 18-50 years

• ambition and motivation to work

• a positive and extroverted personality

• being open-minded and having good hospitality manners

• have knowledge in English and German (and/ or other languages)

• being in position of a functional smartphone

• have at least 8 weeks availability in the period between March and end of October

​

This professional experience will help to shape your character and your self-esteem, being more open-minded, make great connections and moreover improve your language skills (especially in English, German and Italian). You will also improve knowledge in B to B/ B to C negotiation.

​

IMPORTANT:

You should be aware that you will work in very hot environment  (especially in July and August). We advise you to bring a strong sun cream, big sun hats and drink enough water throughout the day.

​

EXTRA INFORMATION:

The company will provide you T-shirts with the company logo on it, these you will have to wear at work.

​

Obviously, you should have a good time here with us in Croatia. Nevertheless, sometimes workers unfortunately confuse work with vacations, even though we make it clear from the beginning. That is why we are looking for people who are ready to work and who want to come here to have a good time under the sun of Croatia while earning some money.

The majority of workers we had were thrilled and excited by this experience, for this reason they come back every summer.

WORKING PLACE:

Your work place will be an "open-air" position in the town of Medulin like at the promenade, the beach or at the port.

If you are willing to do an internship in the area of tourism or marketing: please inform us at the time of your application!

We would be more than happy to sign your internship certificate.
In case you want to apply for an Erasmus Mobility scholarship, we would also help you and eventually sign the Learning Agreement for your university, as long as the requirements match with our work offer.
